Ventures ATL has a meaningful partnership with Dooney & Bourke, resulting in an autism awareness-themed collection of handbags. These handcrafted bags not only allow customers to express their support for autism awareness but also provide valuable employment opportunities for autistic adults who meticulously fulfill each order. With inventory pre-stored, Ventures ATL executes all fulfillment duties in-house.

Every month, we receive a list of newly hired remote employees at ESIS, and we take the initiative to curate and dispatch a special welcome box. Guided by a list provided by an ESIS representative, we meticulously print labels for each recipient. These welcome boxes not only contain a selection of ESIS-branded merchandise but also serve as a way for the new team members to proudly showcase their affiliation with the company and experience a genuine sense of inclusion.

We assembled, packed, and distributed 14,000 Accessible Vaccine Kits to collaborating clinics nationwide. These comprehensive kits are meticulously curated to include a variety of items such as fidget spinners, sunglasses, stress balls, headphones, and a specialized Shotblocker device. Augmented by a comforting sticker and card, these kits are specifically designed to alleviate the stress and anxiety often associated with the vaccination experience for children with autism.

We facilitate the fulfillment of their car repair sensors via Walmart's Supplier Center. Our dedicated team checks Walmart's Order Center daily, preparing and fulfilling each order individually. This process involves meticulous packaging and shipping by our skilled employees, ensuring every order meets the highest standards.

During the COVID-19 period, in observance for the High Holidays, when physical gatherings were not possible, we extended our support to The Temple by assembling kits for its members. These kits fostered a sense of unity and belonging, despite everyone being in their individual homes, rather than together.

To mark The Temple's 50th Anniversary, we carefully packaged a substantial quantity of commemorative books celebrating five decades of its legacy. This endeavor involved printing personalized labels with the names and addresses of each temple member, meticulously packing the books, and efficiently coordinating shipping pickups in collaboration with UPS.

We've had the privilege to collaborate on multiple projects with Invisors, a company with a widespread employee presence across the nation. In response to the challenges posed by COVID-19, we executed two distinct initiatives. Firstly, we orchestrated the delivery of new hire onboarding kits, thoughtfully curated with personalized elements including branded fleece jackets. Secondly, we extended a gesture of care and support to employees during the pandemic through a specially crafted box containing an Invisors insulated water bottle and a heartwarming sticker, as an expression of appreciation. As the year commenced, we welcomed the new year by distributing pet calendars to all employees.
